3) Customers on the basic page who wish to opt for a .sg or .com.sg domain name will need to top up $30 to their initial account setup fee
4) Customers who are subscribed to our packages will enjoy subsidize Remote & On Site IT Support Services (for any technical issues they may have) if you have exceed your package allowances or do not have such allowances allocated in your package the rate for such services are $25.00 and $55.00 per hour or part thereof respectively.
